Main Board - USB over current Warning

MSI z390 + 9700 CPU

開機有以上警告，入到 BIOS/ win，不過好快就自動 shut down (within 15 secs)。

MB 拆出機箱，只放 U/RAM/display card 去 boot 機，情況毛改變

MB 係咪玩完， 可以安心換新機了 ？
