[其他] 本月Windows例行更新導致Epson點陣打印機無法打印 (已更新)

網上消息顯示有用戶反映在安裝本月的Windows更新後，發現點陣式打印機無法打印，情況是打印隊列正常顯示，但很快便消失，表示打印應該已經完成，但打印機一點動作也沒有。

更嚴重的是Windows 7 SP1，Windows 8.1，Windows 10的更新都出現問題。

刪除以下更新能解決問題：
KB4048955 (2017-11 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1709)
KB4048954 (2017-11 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1703)
KB4048953 (2017-11 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1607)
KB4048952 (2017-11 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1511)
KB4048956 (2017-11 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1507)
KB4048958 (2017-11 Security Monthly Quality Rollup for Windows 8.1)
KB4048957 (2017-11 Security Monthly Quality Rollup for Windows 7)

而微軟已經確定問題，並與Epson溝通製定解決方法。
有Epson點陣打印機的用戶要避免安裝本月Windows例行更新，Windows 7 SP1/Windows 8.1用戶可以將更新設定改為手動，而由於Windows 10的更新是強制自動安裝，需要用Show or Hide Updates Tool隱藏更新或其他方法例如停用Windows Update服務或第三方工具停用Windows Update。

Symptom	Workaround
After installing this update, some Epson SIDM (Dot Matrix) and TM (POS) printers cannot print on x86 and x64-based systems.	Microsoft and Epson have determined the cause of the issue and are working on a solution. This problem is not related to the printer driver, so installing current or older print drivers will not resolve the issue. Microsoft will provide an update in an upcoming release.

11月24日更新:
微軟今日已為Windows 7 SP1，Windows 8.1，Windows 10 Creators Update (1703)推出更新解決問題。
由於已有更新解決問題，本月(2017年11月)的Windows 7 SP1，Windows 8.1 Cumulative Update已可安裝, 然後再安裝另一個小型更新修正。需注意Windows 10用家只需安裝最新推出的更新即可。
Windows 7 SP1，Windows 8.1可以安裝KB4055038更新解決問題，而Windows 10 Creators Update (1703)可以安裝KB4055254更新解決問題，目前暫時未見到Windows 10 (1507/1511/1607/1709)有更新解決問題。

12月2日更新:
微軟已為Windows 10 Anniversary Update (1607), Windows 10 Fall Creators Update (1709)推出更新解決問題。
