公平使用政策

2015年6月1日起生效
當超過每月使用量6GB (公平使用量以每曆月總使用量計算)，你可繼續使用流動數據服務，唯使用流動數據傳輸速度將會被降不低於128kbps。香港移動通訊有限公司符合電訊管理局發出的“就提供流動及固網寬頻服務實施公平使用政策的指引”及我們不會將你的數據服務接達速度施加限制低於128kbps。你可隨時輸入*101*1# 查詢已使用之本曆月使用量。當公平使用政策執行的時候，你會收到短訊通知

Fair Usage Policy
  
Effective on 1 June 2015
After you have reached 6GB of mobile data usage (the monthly fair usage level per calendar month), you can still continue to use the service. However, your network access speed will be lowered to 128kbps. CSL Mobile Limited complies with OFCA’s Guidelines for the Implementation of Fair Usage Policy for the Provision of Mobile and Fixed Broadband Services and will not at any time cap your data access speed below 128kbps. Dial *101*1# to check your monthly usage.You will receive the SMS notification after FUP has been implemented.

After you have reached the monthly fair usage level of 5GB, you can continue to use the service without speed throttling or data capping. Your priority to access the network will be lowered and your experience may be affected when the network is busy. The usage under all Hourly / Day / 7-Day Passes will be counted towards the fair usage level calculated per calendar month. csl complies with OFCA’s Guidelines for the Implementation of Fair Usage Policy for the Provision of Mobile and Fixed Broadband Services and will not at any time cap your data access speed below 128kbps.
