[操作疑難] HGST Deskstar NAS 6TB 好嘈!! ... 有無用家都係咁?? [10 Mar 2015 UPDATE]

HGST Deskstar NAS 6TB 係我用過最嘈嘅硬碟...
係IDLE時隔幾秒就'git'一聲 仲要好剌耳
買咗2隻 2隻都係咁 所以應該唔係個別問題

而家後悔買咗 仲要係2隻... (有啲想賣咗去 買番隻靜D...

有無用家都係咁???

上面第2個POINT好似係真 今日隻6TB冇昨日咁嘈(但都係嘈) 希望可以更靜啲

HGST is known for noisy drives (might be for particular models).   I had a quite noisy 1TB (always click click click) which showed 'very normal' results from all kinds of drive test tools.  At the end, of course sold.   For instance, I've a non-noisy 2TB which have been used for more than 4 years w/o any problem.

WD RED一定會靜d, 因為RED同GREEN一樣轉速只係5千幾轉

不過講嘈, HGST應該都未夠同樣係7200轉既WD RE嘈

For HGST official software, we can use HGST Windows Drive Fitness Test (WinDFT)
http://www.hgst.com/support/downloads

I also use WD Data Lifeguard Diagnostic for Windows

As long as warranty is concerned, better use OEM software.

你用過Re未先,HGST明顯比Re同Red嘈好L多,

我4隻Red 行Nas同3隻RE都無一隻HGST嘈
