Try this
X:\K10stat\K10STAT.exe -lp:1 -ClkCtrl:2 -StayOnTray -nw

It means load profile #1, apply ClockControl level 2, always stay on tray but no windows will be shown.

But pls dun't over-estimate this software, power consumption reduce 8~10W (voltage drops 0.15~0.2) only for my 955.
