"最高性價比" depends on the gradient on the law of diminishing return curve AND and point of entry, determined by how much you can afford to spend on a PC... so for some it'd by AMD's APU and i5 2500k for others, yet most would probably fall between the two and look at PII x4 still... (or as you suggested, 960T with cores unlocked)
