要熄左電源制再開過至正常番,

I think it is the microcontroller hang up due to EMI interference. You mentioned that you have to power reset to make it work again so I don't think it is the IR receiving wrong signal. Try to add some EMI filter in the power

Never use it again.  If you keep on rotating the spring in a clockwise direction, it could bore through the plastic material of the drain pipe.

I was unaware of the error until my wife shouted.  She saw the spring coming out from the back of the air conditioner!
