I already sent you my HSBC A/C no. on 21 Jun by PM & by email on 22 Jun again.

You replied me by email on 22 Jun 2010 that my A/C info. is OK and to be refunded my deposit within 7 working days. But I still not receive to-date. (i.e. 11 calendar days and 9 working days.)

Pls refund asap. !!!!

I also sent you again both email & PM minutes ago, pls check my HSBC A/C No. again in your email & PM.

I've sent you several PM & emails and followed all your instruction to request refund. Also I sent you the proof of bank-in slip for my deposit  made to your Hang Seng A/C by email on 22 Jun.  Now what kind of confirm you still need ?

Eventually have the refund tonight (need to chase directly again this afternoon)
