It might not call Smart Pad anymore, and it is highly anticipated that it will beat the competitors in terms of quality, performance and price. It utilizes a special kind of material that is available only in Japan.
The pro-gaming commmunity in Japan is expecting the highest quality gaming mouse pad from them.
And still, 100% MADE IN JAPAN

It will be more expensive than Smart Pad ARTISAN, the price of Smart Pad ARTISAN in this group is a clearence sale for very limited quantity...
However, it will still be cheaper than the competitor(high-end line)
And as far as I know, none of their competitor's products are Made In Japan
(some may say AirPadPro, but its not specialized for gaming, and may not be as durable as Smart Pad ARTISAN)

AND I LOVE THINGS THAT ARE MADE IN JAPAN.
