A Sir, I think my Y-1032 IDE to SATA  adaptor doesn't work.  I had tried using it with 3 different Seagate IDE HDs and plugged them into the Y-1071 Dock.  The HDs all have power and they all power up just fine but PC(tried 2 different PC) can't see the HDs.  The Y-1033(for WD HD) is working fine.  I'm going to find some more old IDE HDs and give it another try tomorrow.  Anyway, I will probably call your shop after some more testing tomorrow.

Do you by any chance have any extra Y-1032 adaptor?

A sir, 你好, 我的Unitek USB3.0 To Dual SATA HDD Docking Station好像有事, 一連接USB3.0的介面便出問題。

測試使用Gigabyte GA-880GMA-UD2H底板及原有USB3.0 port (Win7 64bit)
1. 連接Century USB2.0 Docking Station => HD Tune和copy10G檔案沒問題
2. 連接Buffalo USB3.0 DriveStation => HD Tune和copy10G檔案沒問題
3. 連接Unitek USB3.0 Docking Station => copy 10G檔案, 途中drive會不見了, 寫入失敗,
Docking Station 上的A或B燈有時會自動熄了, 另外如果開機後啟動HD Tune 等軟件會hang著,
啟動不了, 當關了Unitek Docking Station的電源後, HD Tune Pro的畫面會立即跳出來。

測試使用Gigabyte GA-880GMA-UD2H底板及原有USB2.0 port (Win7 64bit)
1. 連接Unitek USB3.0 Docking Station =>  => HD Tune和copy10G檔案沒問題


另外測試使用Gigabyte GA-965P-DS4底板及Unitek USB3.0 Front Panel Kit (XP SP3)
1. 連接Century USB2.0 Docking Station => HD Tune和copy10G檔案沒問題
2. 連接Buffalo USB3.0 DriveStation => HD Tune和copy10G檔案沒問題
3. 連接Unitek USB3.0 Docking Station => copy 10G檔案, 途中drive會不見了,
Docking Station 上的A或B燈有時會自動熄了, HD Tune啟動測試後, Read Error,
Drive也會不見了

測試Gigabyte GA-965P-DS4底板及原有USB2.0 port (XP SP3)
1. 連接Unitek USB3.0 Docking Station =>  HD Tune和copy10G檔案沒問題

P.S. Century USB2.0 Docking Station及 Unitek USB3.0 Docking Station 均使用同一個HD測試。

根據一些網友經驗，更新usb driver應該有幫助，請你試試
假如還是有問題，亦可到代理處測試。

剛發現一樣東西, 就是你開的單的model no.寫錯了是Y-3032, 到代理去會不會有問題, 還是先去你處改了單才再去代理處?

又非常不幸地, 我的Y-1032 IDE to SATA  adaptor和樓上的網友一樣也有問題,

測試使用Gigabyte GA-880GMA-UD2H底板及原有USB2.0 port (Win7 64bit)
Unitek USB3.0 Docking Station (這個插USB3.0不行, USB2.0還可以用的)
測試硬碟如下:
1 ) Hitachi Deskstar ATA 180G
2 ) Seagate Barracuda ATA V 120G
3 ) Seagate Barracuda ATA IV 80G
情況都是HD已經全部set去了Master Mode, 啟動電源後Docking Station A或B燈無亮起, 硬碟有轉動, 插入USB線後電腦無反應。

亦曾試過不用Docking Station, 直接將adaptor接到電腦的SATA接口, 亦一樣detect不到HD。
