RMA前己經上過ALTXX,但佢地話冇我SN 個RECORD,所以焗住RMA,點知有驚人GE收鑊,不過RMA時間比較長,前後用左成個月時間左右

I bought a CORSAIR H80i CPU水冷散熱器 one year ago and found that it cannot be installed in ASUS motherboard because of the motherboard is too thin. I had complain with Altxxh, but they just forward my complain email to Corsair customer support. Altxxh always they did not receive the same problem before, no help, and always said no problem, it is normal.
Then I complain to Corsair US RMA, they reply very soon, and Corsair US asked Corsair (HK) to send me a parts to fix the problem.
Altxxh's services is very bad.
