Absolute tell lies, I MNP 2 hemat to Kabayan, only copy Big card & sign name. Process take less than 2 mins. Hemat SIM card already taken out from phone & new not-yet-activated SIM also not put in phone. New SIM activation time (K60) is 1:00am but I only put it into my phone at 9:30am. Everything is OK & very smooth.

they want me to take my old sim to them insert to mobile phone and show them that it is still active.

    staff told me this card need to active during the period which is not similar as in K60. In their phone conversation, they said they dont understand why we always remove the sim from the phone after mnp

Meaningless, SIM activates or not not dependent on whether it is in phone or not. Always find sth. to cover faults.
