移動中的交通工具不嬲都唔係話特別好，隧道入面就更甚，依家仲要2100都去埋玩5G... 慢/窒我覺得係正常，假如係繁忙時間就更加正常過唔正常

When there is 'jetso', guys rush to buy a lot and a lot, then test this and that, at the end as you mentioned "張咭慢左好多，有時上唔到添", this is the consequence

Just don't affect normal monthly plan users (I'm one of them)
