I know I tested the Milestone phone call quality and it is very nice.   Not tried the Nexus One yet since I will be getting my next week but I can say that I was very impressed with the Milestone's phone quality.

I don't see any option to set the noise canceling...
In terms of the buttons, you need to press the button very precisely to get it to work... thats the trick!

I will choose Nexusone... becoz even if it doesnt has keyboard, you still have two options to type, virtual notepad and the voice to text function. I tried the voice to test function and its pretty useful. Much faster than typing... though only supports English for the time being!
Response time, NexusOne really rocks! Battery life time is about the same as Milestone. Voice clarity, Miletone is better becoz its Moto and the crystal talk is unbeatable. But I see NexusOne voice quality is already good enough

After playing Nexus, i can say that there only two attractiveness for the HD2, Big screen and built in Chinese input!
Also the NexusOne is running Andriod, with so much more apps to play with. I will choose Nexus rather than HD2... Maybe its time to say good bye to my HD2...
