1. try another PSU, best a 2A+ ones, Pi2 require more than 500ma which many Cheap PSU won't do.
2. try running it with only SD (best a new clean image), no HDMI, no keyboard, not mouse, nothing on USB, to pin-point the issue.
Normally, if Red LED is up, it is powered (does not means it is fully working), which means the board is still alive. |
