You may no need to do so once the kernel is 3.0.0+. However the Linux is designed for work very robust.

Yes, this is so sad as the place basic idea is money orientated. They don't care the steps, just results like Do you have any properties on hand right now so many ideas are blown away because of this one.

Absolutely not, At least few companies in Hong Kong using Libreoffice more than others even the software is in Windows binary form. They still benefit from it.

Additional thing is, Linux is a unix Clone plus additional representations. If you use Mac OS X, then you are using unix.

Last, these people are dumb if still say this today because of Android and Apple iOS. Linux may be bad idea because of GUI. Google and Apple have been improving much so these people should learn from something otherwise I shall abandon them.

Text is faster than Graphic in general. If you ask Graphic Interface, then Novell's OPENSUSE or Apple Mac OS.

因為中國,香港都幾多人用"開心版"WINDOWS,根本無需要學免費的LINUX.
但如果要比錢買正版,我諗有部份人會轉 ...

In business, it is better to use Linux instead of Windows due to cost, also the security. Some companies are using Linux for Storage array first, then the remain will be changed very soon.
