My car with 2.4 2AZ-FE is doing 11L/100km right now without air con~= 9.09km/L which is in turn $1.56/km (including -$1.8/L discount) and around 80% city/20% highway
Of course 2.4 Previa is heavier but it can't be that much...

Always having full load? -> No.  4 adults usually.  1 driver, 2-3 engineers
or always having traffic jam? -> Typical HK roads

Of course 2.4 Previa is heavier but it can't be that much...

    As a company car, it is regularly maintained at Crown per owner's manual.
If it lacks maintenance, it is Crown's problem.

BTW, what is showing on the dashboard on fuel comsumption?
18.xL/100km or 5.x km/L ?
You must have this figure for $3+/km ...
