無經驗係一件事, 細車如果行緊自己條線無過線, 細車無錯ga wor......

    I agree with both of you.
While not exactly clear, it seems that the bus is stepping into the left lane.  The bus driver should make sure it is safe to occupy the left lane before occupying it.  Whether the guy on left lane give way or not is not a must.  If he give way he is polite.  He has the right to drive forward without the obligation to give way to bus driver.

Now without the video cam the bus driver may win because it is in front, and police will never bother to investigate it.
With the video, the private car owner can argue this way.

個燈位右轉後係三條行車線, 其實巴士係夠位轉灣, 唔須要偷位, 應該係巴士輸

不過細車經驗不足, 亦唔扺爭

又係呢個彎, 呢個彎係好窄的, 係兩線出三線, 但外線會去左另一條街的, 所有大車轉呢個灣都係迫埋內線的, 我每次經過, 見到大車都比佢行先的,

有片睇細車輸硬，無片睇就巴士輸，細車好似專登停車比你撞等呃錢！

巴士過線, 仲要兩線出三線, 巴士輸晒!  不過CAR CAM個司機真係唔該佢番去補番3~40個鐘先好渣出街...

好在佢有CAM, 如果唔係巴士老掉番轉講都仲得.

咁理解:
2線轉3線
慢線(最左)->慢線(最左)
快線(最右)->中線(中間)或快線(最右)

巴士轉呢個彎係可以用埋中快線做入彎!

講番段片,唔理私家車係咪新牌,佢係完全無錯!
佢係用慢線轉入慢線,無過火位(留意前車)
而巴士根本係無偷盡個彎!

巴士必LOSE!
