Sata3 2T 幾本都能行到160MB/s 的
我用RMBP TB > Giga lan send 40G mkv 上去最高148MB/s  平均130M ...

我公司都行到140〜160mb in mac show
May be show have bug
But you use any hdd speed test sata3 speed hdd is 160mb/s
you use vbox install windows or Linux  the  LAN I/o speed have lock
Max can use 30-60mb/s
but u direct install os you can USB LAN I/o full speed over 100MB/s

唔關你用咩OS或Cable, Gigalan 1Gb/s係得125MB/s (1Gb除8)~
要起過呢個理倫值就要玩Link Aggregation~
SATA3 HDD可以200MB/s tim~

請問ESXi 係咪主力用來行vm server/NAS，加個win7好似無乜作用，裝咗ESXi既c hing可以指點下嗎? 如果N54L用來當HTPC係咪唔駛考慮ESXi?
