10. Chelsea have confirmed Joe Cole and Michael Ballack will leave
  the club when their current contracts expires at the end of this month.

11. Oldham (Eng League One) have confirmed Paul Dickov
   as the club's new manager.  This is his first managerial
   appointment, although he will also register as a player
   for Oldham next season.

12. Football League will need to have at least 10 "home-grown"
  players in their squad from next season.
  Under the home-grown rule, club's first team squad will be
  restricted to 25 players over the age of 21, of which 10 must be
  registered in domestic football for 3 seasons before their
  21st birthday.  There will be no restriction on players under
  the age of 21, however.
  Note -- Football League is the professional League formed by
   72 clubs under the Premier League (the top tier league).
   Do not know when will this "home-grown" rule will apply
   to the Premier League.

13. Sunderland manager Steve Bruce has confirmed his plans
   to trim his squad size this summer in order to trim the club's
   wage bill.
  He must sell (or release) certain players to get more money
  before he can buy new players as well.
