Holland Promotion Play-Off.
1. Overview -- There are two spots in Holland D1 up for grabs.
  At the end of the season, the 16th- and 17th-placed teams of
  D1 will be in play-off with D2 teams. The teams are split into
  2 groups. Each group consists of one D1 teams and three
  D2 teams. They will play on home-away (Leg1 & 2) basis.
  The two Group Winners will have the right to play in D1
  next season.

3. Comment
3.1 It should be Barcelona to lift the League trophy again.
  They will meet weak Valladolid.  R.Madrid should be
  the bridesmaid once again.
3.2 Sevilla should be able to keep their 4th place finish
  unless some disasters happen (or they get somebody
  sent off early in the game).
3.3 Getafe and Villarreal are fighting for the last Europa Lg
  spot.  Getafe should be favourite because Atl Madrid may
  be tired after the Europa Lg final and also they already
  qualify for the Europa Lg (see note).

3.4 Relegation battles -- All bottom six teams are fighting to
  escape the chop.
3.4.1 Xerez are still in with a chance, they can beat Osasuna,
  who have nothing to fight for.
3.4.2 Tenerife can beat Valencia, who have nothing to fight for.
3.4.3 Malaga and Valladolid have the worst fate because their
  opponents are eager to win.
