e have a couple of options.
1. Contact the Dell Tech Support team. They will ask to take the unit back and will send you a box and shipping label to send off your tablet for repairs. You'll be without it for a few days. Generally, it comes back to you in 5-7 days. All this is at no cost to you. Though I understand that because you are without your purchased item, I can credit you a partial refund of 35$ for the time you are apart from your tablet and the hassle of dealing with Dell.
2. Please return the item for a full refund to me. Thanks and let me know if you have any questions.
