cal mon 以前有玩過
買時好雀躍, 又爬文又試不同 setting
用左一排都係頂唔順放棄了

首先, cal 完 set 了 profile d 相望落係靚左, 但個 mon 長期偏黃同暗
無錯係反映了張相 exposure 夠唔夠, WB準唔準, 相機 sensor 既紅實際係幾紅, etc...
但平時上網睇網頁d色會變得好怪, 就連 window 個 start menu 都唔同晒色
唯一睇戲時就正好多

更重要係, 你睇到幾準的色, tune 相 tune 到去你認為最滿意的色調
在別人的 mon 上看到的一定係兩回事, 什至有機會好怪色
事實上我地係無可能保證別人睇到既係咪同自已睇到既一樣
所以有師兄話盡可能用 printable copy 黎分享
哩樣我好讚同, 但製作與 mon 上睇到一樣色的 hard copy 又會涉及另一個範疇的 printer calibration

對於有要求, 不怕其煩會 output 到 "硬照" 既人, cal mon 確有其價值
但以網上分享為主既人, 用個唔準既 mon tune 出黎既相在別人唔準既 mon 上觀賞, 效果可能會好一點

This pretty much sums it up and also the reason why i'm just using a generic monitor as most if not all of my audience view photos online.   The key point is to have an accurate enough monitor to work on unless you deliver prints to your audience and you are able to manage the color profiles from onscreen profiling to printing (which is rare now a days).

I would advise spending money on more essential items such as lens, lighting, camera than on a calibrator or spend the time shooting instead of combing through sites and forums online regarding this.

one of the key elements in a powerful photo is the vision of the photographer and the connection he is able to establish between the capture and the audience.  Mastering this or trying to master this is more important than any other things imo.  And to do that, one must shoot and think and shoot and think.
