can this STB receive normal TV signal (non-HD) as well?  Analog signal, like TVB (Channel 1), or i Cable.

If I hook it up to LCD Monitor (not TV), does it feed signal to stand-by monitor if STB is stand-by (like for computer?)

HDTV receiver does not receive analog signal, but Digital Channel 81 is TVBJade & 84 is TVBPearl etc.

If u r using LCD mon, u probably need a DVI HDTV Box if u want both digital & analog channels in one shot.

In T6800X standby mode, no signal to LCD mon, so LCD mon also in standy mode.

Actually it is very OK, esp the "low heat" issue, it is really nothing when comparing to Eight & Olevia.

[開機LOAD得慢D], in case u mistakenly remote power off, it takes 23-25 sec to watch again.

BTW, just now "US 911 special" in 83新聞台 互動功能節目, T6800X can use this particular "互動功能", but u have to choose "audio then cursor" instead of "audio then yellow button" as stated underneath 左上角個互動功能提示標誌, is that the so-called "MHEG-5" function??!

另外想問我用4G USB手指一開始的時候可以REC
但用PC FORMAT 之後再部DMBT6800X就 DETECT唔到(想用反DMBT6800X FORMAT 又detect唔到)
咁點算??

As being told that T6800X does not have MHEG-5 feature. BUT...few hours ago when watching 83 新聞台, it was possible to listen to either TVB news reporter or the live broadcast from NewYork. (press audio button then press left or right arrow button)

while 83 新聞台 on screen instruction:- press audio button then press yellow button.

[手指一開始的時候可以]... before that...this 4G USB was format by PC or T6800X? Did u unmount it everytime?

i.e. user manual has got some instructions perhaps.

Thanks for info! T6800X has got neither 升級版機頂盒標籤 nor TVB互動功能標籤, but it seemingly delivers both HD & TVB Interactive.
