AMD already said they will use Samsung/GF 14 nm for both CPU and GPU next year. Rumors said the codename of 14nm Radeon is Greenland.

nVidia, according to a lot of rumors, are not too happy with TSMC's 16nm and may jump ship to Samsung.

I actually think is the other way around. Because GF, this time, seem so confident compare to before. And GF is using Samsung's 14nm technique.

不過, 最重要是整體面積細. 190MM 對 320MM. 同樣性能.

原來AMD有另一句, 搞緊HBM時從來冇講過個設計最後有咩野用. 原來要配合某些材料先見到真章.

AMD一早提供了. XDMA. 只是,你需要好似ICEOTOPE混冷噉樣
