CPU: try 133mhz x 30 multiplier
voltage: try 1.35V

Gpu: Download MSI Afterburner, then increase core speed by steps of 25mhz. Add voltage if needed.

PS: Watch out the temperature. Dont add more voltage to cpu if it is over 90 'c under load.
