I have always encounted the "DNS cache poisoning" 攻擊 from the source 203.135.128.2 to different port on my PC.
Is this be a real attack ???

I am not using Windows 7 or Vista and I am using Windows XP.  I think that you are replied on the wrong post.

請問你的DNS Servers 是否 203.135.128.1 ??

check 的方法是 到 "開始" >> "執行" >> 輸入 "cmd" >> 然後輸入 "ipconfig /all"
之後會輸出你的ip資訊, 請查看 DNS Servers 是否 203.135.128.1
