Possible AJAX Pre-check Error on Report Submission Form

When submitting a report after clicking a Reply button or Post a New Thread button, the pre-check logarithm will deny submission.

To reproduce this error, follow these steps:
1. Visit any viewthread.php
2. Click on a Reply Button or Post a New Thread button
3. Leave the topic field and content filed empty. You may leave the reply/post-thread dialog open or close it --- both ways will successfully reproduce the error.
4. Click on the report link on a thread.
5. Type in the reason of reporting.
6. Attempt to submit the report, and an error message will appear. The message says users are required to fill in both the topic field and content field.
