[保養相關] PDD - how to return defective RAM as an individual?

Hi

Has any CHing ever returned defective RAM sticks bought on PDD to the seller in mainland China?

It seems that only companies, not individuals, are allowed to do so under mainland Chinese customs regulations. Customs duties may also be payable.

If any CHing knows how to work around this obstacle, please share your insight.

They only way to return the product is self carrying it to mainland China and then return it at a designed collection point, which is usually a pick up point operated by courier.

if your travel documents expired
some people are offering return service at carouselX etc
it cost HK$60 last time I asked but that could fluctuate
