[操作疑難] Win 10 64bit LGA775 降壓

家貧只有台L5420 + 8GB DDR2 機行windows 10，用Win 7 時都有不少工具如rmclock 可作降壓之用。

請問可有Ching 有方法在Windows 10 64bit 下做到降壓? 如能的話請問用那個software 呢?

    不知為何idle 都55 度，風扇安裝沒有問題。

Idle 55 degrees migth caused by poor heatsink (intel's original) and bad ventillation !

Actually, the 12M L2 cache won't let the CPU working on very low temperature. I experienced install quad core 775 CPU on the slim PC, the idle temperature would not be low (same as you idle 50-55) until I switched back to a 6M one !!!
