PLEASE HELP About Cancel Order in Apple Store

I have ordered a smart cover in New Zealand apple Store.
when i cancel the smart corver on the website, I found that the item is sending to me,so I called  apple store to cancel the order.

They said that when TNT come here, tell them reject the item,then Apple will return the Money to me.
But I check the order on the website, it still here.


why?

who can help me?

已寄出的貨是不能在apple store cancel, 只能在courier 送貨時reject, or 收貨之後退返俾apple
