not easy to get stable result(I am a beginner), I can't exceed 3.45ghz

with the advice of mad hing, I can get stable 3.63g at 1.47v(core temp is <45 degree with a Zalman 9700LED), will try lower the voltage to 1.44 see if it can run 3.63g stable.....

My target is usable and stable 3.8g

I tried 3.75 at 1.45v, run "small" for 30 min, ok, but failed when running "large"   and the LAN connection terminated automatically, have to resume to under 3.65 to get the LAN connection back......

what should I do? or it is the limit of my 545: 3.65GHZ?

Torture tests like OR2004 or prime95 are not neccessarily a must for checking the stability of CPU

3DM06 is good enough

The voltage level varies from different MBs, I can run OR 3G @ 1.12v with giga 785GT-UD3H and even lower @ 1.104v with MSI 785GM-E65. So... it depends on the MB being used & its' stability of power supply. Sometimes, it's not the problem of the CPU
