[操作疑難] Precision boost Override vs Auto Overclocking in Ryzen master

which one should I choose if I want better gaming performance?

Is PBO auto boost according to my system cooling ability? or only Ryzen cpu with "X" ending can use it?

If you are using 3000 series, just leave it
Many reviews show that there is no performance improvement

For myself, I did tried enable it and the chip consume 80% more power with no improvement in benchmark. Although it consume more power according to HWmonitor, it remains the same temp (which is wired)

For Ryzen 2000, only "X" ending chip has it while all 3000 chip has it (not sure about APU)
