比較下邊樣好一些, 快一些.  有沒邊款SSD -- 240 GB 推介

If you buy Intel 750, it requires a 9-series chipset or newer, NVMe BIOS upgrade, and Windows 8.1 or later to boot.

Note that its boot time is slower than normal SATA SSD.

How about other PCI-E SSD(s), like SM951?

For SM951 NVMe, it's the same case as Intel 750.

For SM951 AHCI, study this:

SM951 AHCI boots Windows really fast.  SM951 is prone to thermal throttling.  Heavy usages causes its temperature to rise up, then performance drops.
