[外置硬碟] WD 外置harddisk 問題

請教咁多位ching,

我有一隻WD 外置harddisk, mypassport usb3 ready, 當我要copy 啲嘢入harddisk嗰陣，比如mp3,有上千隻，cop cop 下隻harddisk會突然斷connection,又reconnect返，請問知唔知發生乜事？隻harddisk 插usb3 先有事，插usb2冇事

Unknown interface chipset, embedded connection interface, Green-equivalent grade HDD inside......

Whoever gets a PA$$port for convenience... is a fool

WD Passport 1TB USB 3.0我都用緊,無咁既情況
會唔會你Driver有問題...etc

仲有二樓位師兄,大部Usb 3.0 exhdd 都轉左用Microusb type b,
唔只得WD係,Seagate ,Sumsamg,Buffalo都係
另外我拆過我隻passport 入面係 WD Blue既 HDD
唔係你講既Green版喎
人地問問題,你就係咁數WD

but my WD Passport Studio (for Mac), also have problem above the connection, LED slowly flash, cannot be re-connection except manually by hand, google it and you will know a lot of problems

Green版 depends on capacity of HDD
For 2TB model, definitely Green版 (Blue only up to 1TB)

So you've opened up one eh?
Tell me, is the interface screwed in, or soldered in??

This is what I call it "unknown connection interface"
If it's screwed in, then good, anything happens to the interface you just unscrew it and plug the HDD somewhere else
If not, then... you know what I mean

Your PA$$port Studio, does it come with 1394b ports?
If the HDD disconnects when using such connection then it's not a good thing and perhaps can even damage the FW port
