Slow site indeed!

It is quite interesting that HKEPC is connected by Hong Kong's IP address, it will load and smooth (in general but in peak hours not).  However, when she is connected by IP addresses that not belonging to Hong Kong range, it will loading very slow and sometimes timeout.  

Weird.
