i5 BCLK 266MHz possible?

Hello,
I find my mobo has to use multiple of 133MHz to be able to use EIST
I want to overclock the RAM, @266MHz I can reduce the ram frequency to 1600MHz while I can have EIST
But I can't reduce QPI frequency when means I can't get into window
How can I reduce QPI multiplier or increase RAM multiplier?

Update: EIST Seems okay at various frequencies, but my system blue screen often when increasing the BCLK to 200MHz or above

because 3.2GHz too hot

Damn! Even 3.0GHz 200x15 DDR3-1600 @ 70Degrees

Now Core Voltage 1.1V
IMC Voltage 1.2V
Temp 60degrees
Reboot often
What can i do to reduce the temp?
What is 火山?
