[Windows 7] VxKex有人整後繼改版叫「MgKex」，繼續為Win7引入新API

MgKex正路會長期開發更新，開源野好處就係有心有力嘅人隨時可以接力開發。
(恐防有人唔知頭唔知路，VxKex本身係API擴展為Win7引入一啲新版Windows至有嘅API，以便Win7相容一啲就新版Windows去開發嘅軟體/遊戲，先前有太多假嘅VxKex GitHub專案所以原開發者摺咗GitHub專案，而家MgKex係專登用唔同嘅名去開分支接力開發。)

1.1.1.1377版 引入AdjustWindowRectExForDpi解決Rockstar Games Installer執行問題

(VxKex原開發者喺Discord有更新發佈VxKex 1.1.2.1428版，不過冇Join群嘅話可以去用MgKex又得。
