Overclocking with my 2700K

Hey fellas.Its me again

I have problem with overclocking with that thingy
I used to have the 2700K in 4.8GHZ (on 1.35V) long run (which is also the furthest i can go)
But after getting the Corsair Vengeance CMZ16GX3M4X1866C9R, The cpu can no longer get to 4.8GHZ, not even with 1.55V :bang head What causes this problem? It can only get up to 4.6GHZ with 1.4v

For the rams, it can only run with default xmp or it will end up in bsod

Can u guys help solving my problem

My Computer configuration is as follow
Intel 2700K
ASrock Z68 extreme4
Corsair Vengeance Corsair Vengeance CMZ16GX3M4X1866C9R
Sapphire 6950 2GB (moded to 6970)
N*1.5 TB hdds
Corsair H60
Adata S511 120GB
HX650
Asgard Pro
