Windows 11 - Turn on system protect or not?

Windows 11 default 是會著了   system protect 在  C drive。有甚麼用的? 真的有需要? 佔用了空間?

個System protect會整個restore point,當有問題時就可以restore番去之前嘅系統; 但呢個restore point唔保證百分百可以整得番好。

IT人多數都係另外用software整個backup 隻drive image,有事時成個image restore番。
