數日前將raid card 由9280-4i4e升級至9265-8i; 直接將SFF8087線接去新卡, 不用重新setup Raid-10 (WD2003FYYS x 4).

目前的setting 如下:-
Strip Size                :  64KB
Disk Cache Policy : Enabled
Read Policy            : Always Read Ahead
I/O Policy               : Cache IO
Write Policy           : Write Through

請高手指點, 此卡因已有1GB Cache Memory, 請問在不安裝BBU下, I/O policy, cache policy及read/write policy 應如何set 以增進效能?

crystaldiskmark 結果的分別是的1其中兩個原因係 9265的cache memoey多一倍和ddr3的ddr2分別 ?

Fully agree with you that doubling the cache memory from 512MB (DDR2) to 1GB (DDR3) is one of the factors of 9265's impressive performance.

    9260/9280 load raid bios都要15sec, 所以9265我估都是咁上下時間..
