之前Panda防毒不停彈出AgentSvc.exe錯誤，係防毒程式不斷訪問雲端所致。
Panda必須先安裝.net framework 4，所以XP防毒始終Avast最方便直接。

2025仲見到xp係件好奇特既事
最後一次裝(clone)xp係hdd已經係10幾年前
6-7年前玩online game所以裝xp落vm 已經覺得好似番左古代咁 但xp真係用好少resource 所以最適合開好多部vm
之後玩野搞gpu passthrough扮ryzen裝xp 滿足完以後都唔會再用xp

有啦，公司價值數百萬器材係連著XP/server 2003。
屋企你用XP做乜？保留 IBM 5550 更具歷史價值。公司就睇佢有無筆值換百萬級器材，唔係換2-3萬一台電腦呀，玩泥沙邊個玩唔起？
控制舊器材的插卡不可能在win10或其他運行，有slot，廠方也不可能開發新driver給你控制器材。

Just this week, these site pages stops working and returns with "Secure Connective Failed"

Not happy that MyPal development has stalled and that no major releases past v68 are available......
Already browser is encountering more and more problems regarding page compatibility, secure connection etc. etc.
Just today I realize that Youtube shows a notice that "Your browser is unsupported"
"You can click "Remind me later" and continue to access content, but who knows if one day YT simply bans access
Alternatively I can use Supermium but it's extremely unstable under certain conditions
So is there any way to contact Feodor2 regarding the MyPal project??
Really, really need to advance development past v78 and later

Must say, v74 is still considered too old esp. in that it may not even pass Cloudflare web authentication...
And with Supermium still very buggy under certain legacy system environments it's always viable to have an alternative working browser for everyday use

咁多年, 部腦都癈咗啦

幫襯開嗰間9月17日last day，當日拎咗部notebook去整。
9月29日晌觀塘重開，地點極唔就腳，部機當日先準備開工維修。
暫時未解決，亦預咗解決唔到。部機用咗三年，除開一蚊一日。
而家用緊EPSON ST170E，i7-4712MQ，16GB RAM，120GB SSD。
POSReady2009+XP64G Patch，所有嘢都有XP官方驅動程式。

HOWEVER......
Ggl has recently deprecated a bunch of older browser versions such that with those older versions, Ggl will force the classic search page interface instead of the modern page layout...
Not sure about the Chrome situation but with FF-based browsers (incl MyPal), the minimum version to launch the Ggl modern search page will be v110...
Previously the minimum version to (natively) run the Ggl modern search page was v71 or later
As a result, with MyPal 71.1.2 (latest version) the user agent needs to be modified to
"general.useragent.override"
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 5.1; rv:110.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/110.0 Mypal/74.1.2
Also Cloudflare is not supported on this version (74.1.2)

嗰陣真係好慢(因爲係based on舊版Firefox)
不過而家改咗based on新版Firefox之後真係快咗好多
甚至可以媲美以前用Chrome 49嘅速度

Launching Supermium has always been laggy, at least on my side...
Currently using v126, after doubleclicking it takes 20-30s to launch, sometimes even crashing instantly

Now you cannot even log into any HKPost services (esp. ECShip)...
Only "Login failed" page shows up (after entering user name and PW)
Not that the user acct is being hacked or whatever, it's just compatibility issues esp. w/FF系 browsers
However, login is possible with Supermium (v126+)
Just to repeat: if you're still on XP and must login to HKPost online services, you MUST use Supermium (previously possible back in August)

安裝時保持連線，就咁入key就可以。安裝時斷網嘅話，就要透過網際網路啟用。

XP可以256 512 MB RAM，大部份linux帶GUI要1.5GB RAM以上

最大問題係好多網頁去唔到，或者顯示排版亂晒，片就勉強睇到。
不過Win2000可以將GeForce變成Quadro，直接裝Quadro Release 261.19就得。
ATi/AMD顯示卡都可以透過改registry同inf檔變成FireGL/FirePro...
而家嘅顯示卡係硬件鎖速，仲有熔斷機制防止硬件修改。
