Qnap系統遷移
請依照下列步驟執行系統遷移：
1. 關閉來源 NAS 並拔下硬碟。
2. 從舊硬碟托盤取出硬碟，並安裝到新 NAS 的硬碟托盤。
3. 將硬碟插入目標 NAS（新機型）。確定以原來的順序安裝硬碟。
4. 依照快速安裝手冊 (QIG) 的指示，連接新 NAS 的電源線和網路線。
5. 開啟新的 NAS。以系統管理員身分登入網頁管理介面（NAS 預設登入 ID 和密碼均為 admin）。
6. 如果系統通知需要為新 NAS 更新韌體，請依照指示下載並安裝韌體。
7. 按一下［開始遷移］。NAS 會在系統遷移後重新啟動。所有資料和設定都會保留。

I'm also using ts-431p2 (upgraded to 8GB ram). I think the AL-314 is good enough for non-demanding users. One of the very welcome feature of QTS is the support of volume encryption! Just don't know why DSM does not implement such useful feature!

注意，storage pool 可能因為還是舊系統，不支援 snap-shot 功能。
當日，我也能成功轉移，但最終要重灌....

No, just plug HDD without setup.
After upgrade DSM, most config will apply in the new NAS.
