部機慢未必係中毒, 可以係硬件老化. 你點慢法先? 疾下疾下定係全部都慢?
CPU usage 高唔高? task manager 有無不明process?
有無去過危險網站? 亂click ads, 玩flash game 等?

try restarting web browser in safe mode or with all addons disabled
if there is improvement in speed then should be browser issue
試吓用第二部機上同一個網, as i can't tell if it is your internet connection slow or other reasons
